Q. Is the coffee freshly roasted.

A. Yes, we roast our coffee in small batches to order, so when you get your coffee you can rest assured it's freshly roasted ground and packed for you. 

Q. Is the coffee UK roasted.

A. Absolutely. Although our coffee beans are sourced from all over the world, we blend and roast our coffee in the UK for the ultimate and freshness.

Q. Is your coffee sustainable.

A. We're glad you asked. We put sustainability at the heart of everything we do. Our coffee cherries are sustainably grown, we use Eco Roast technology to roast our beans then pack them in recycled or recyclable packaging  We only have one planet and we are doing all we can to have as little impact on it as possible. 

Q. What is Eco Roast Technology.

A. Eco Roast Technology uses waste coffee grounds to roast our beans. The waste grounds are turned into fuel pellets which are then used to power our biomass fuelled roasters in the roastery, meaning we save fuel and waste . 

Q. How long does my order take to deliver.

A. Because we roast to order.  Your first coffee will be dispatched between 5-7 working days from your initial order by Royal Mail or courier. If you're  subscribing,We'll then dispatch future orders every month from your initial dispatch date depending on your preferred schedule. 

Q. Do I have to sign a contract or have a minimum term.

A. No, you don't. You can cancel at any time and there are no contracts to sign or minimum terms, we know you'll love our coffee and so we don't need to have minimum terms and contracts because you'll want to stay.
